Monitoring Upgrade

By adding the upgrade package to your SMS package you will have an auto response team in an incident. We will asses the incident and take appropriate action.
This monitoring service will ensure the prevention of any technical issues before they arise, and addressing the issue immediately if they occur.
On the event of a system failure, our technical team will come and resolve the issue immediatly.
With this package you will also get one day offsite recording from your selected camera.
